I use a cheap "leather" portfolio case that I found on Amazon. It was only $10 which included shipping. It's actually pretty nice. Here's some pics.

I have that same case! Got it off Amazon as well. Now, I have a full body invisibleSHIELD and when I leave the house I throw it in a green and black Phillips case.

I suddenly really want that case. It looks almost like the smart cover in how it opens. I like it.
